Method 1: App-Based OTP Fetching (Recommended)

• We will provide you with a secure app to download and install on the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide for appointment booking.

• This app is designed only to fetch BLS OTPs and ensures end-to-end encryption.

• ⚠️ An active internet connection is required at the time of booking.

• If your internet is not active or if there’s any issue fetching the OTP, we will contact you via WhatsApp immediately to ensure no delay.

• You may use an extra mobile or SIM if you have privacy concerns.

Method 2: Manual OTP Sharing (User’s Responsibility)

• You agree to personally receive and share the OTP within 2 minutes of our request via WhatsApp.

• The booking request can occur at any time, 24/7.

• If you fail to respond within 2 minutes, it will be considered a missed appointment, and you may not be eligible to attempt another booking for the next 6 hours.

• This method is only recommended if you are confident that you will be immediately reachable at all times.

• No personal data or OTPs are stored or misused.

• The OTP is only used for the purpose of confirming your visa appointment.
