1. Nature of Service
We provide digital assistance services to help clients book appointments through the official BLS Italy Visa application portal. This includes:
Monitoring appointment slots availability on your behalf.
24/7 digital surveillance and automation to detect open slots.
Technical assistance with online Bls<Intiana> account creation and booking procedures.
Timely communication and support until booking is confirmed.
We do not sell, guarantee, or provide direct access to appointment slots. We do not have any partnership, affiliation, or official relationship with BLS International Services, the Italian Embassy, or any governmental or visa-granting authority.
We operate independently as a digital services provider only.
2. Legality and Compliance
Our service is legal and falls under the category of digital consultancy and automation assistance. We:
Do not bypass any security protocols or violate terms of the official BLS portal.
Do not participate in or promote black-market practices or unauthorized selling of appointments.
- Only act on publicly available data and user-provided authorization.
We comply with all applicable IT laws, privacy regulations, and digital consumer protection acts under local and international standards. Using our service does not violate any known provisions under Pakistan laws or European visa regulations.
3. Service Fees
The fee you pay is solely for the effort, tools, resources, and time we use to assist you.
It includes 24/7 monitoring, appointment booking support, and technical setup.
This fee is also include charge for the appointment itself, which is on the official BLS portal.
Payment is agreed in advance at a fixed price, which is payable only after the appointment is successfully booked and confirmed. The fee is non-refundable once the process is completed, unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.
4. No Guarantee Policy
We do not guarantee that:
A specific date or location for the appointment will be available.
Your visa will be approved.
Our responsibility ends at successfully securing an appointment as per availability, using the credentials and information you provide.
5. Client Responsibilities
By accepting these terms, you agree that:
You are voluntarily requesting our assistance for a digital service.
You have the legal right to apply for an Italian visa.
You are providing us with accurate and lawful information.
You understand we do not represent or impersonate BLS<Intiana> or any consulate.
6. Legal Acknowledgement and Dispute Clause
This agreement is legally binding.
All parties agree to resolve any disputes through negotiation and written communication.
In case of any legal claim or dispute, you agree that the applicable jurisdiction will be Courts of Pakistan and we shall not be liable for any misuse, misinterpretation, or external platform issues beyond our control.
You waive all claims related to delays, system downtime, BLS policy changes, or denial of appointment due to system errors not caused by us.
7. Consent Requirement
You must accept these terms before we proceed with any booking assistance. This acceptance shall serve as evidence in case of any future legal disputes regarding the nature of our service or your consent.
8. Final Disclaimer
We offer a support service, not a product, and the entire transaction is a digital service agreement. No physical goods are being sold. The outcome depends on multiple third-party factors beyond our control, including BLS system functionality and visa policy updates.
