Method 1: App-Based OTP Fetching
- We will provide you with a secure app to download and install on the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide for appointment booking
- This app is designed only to fetch BLS OTPs and ensures end-to-end encryption
- ⚠️ An active internet connection is required at the time of booking
- If your internet is not active or if there is any issue fetching the OTP, we will contact you via WhatsApp immediately to ensure no delay
- You may use an extra mobile or SIM if you have privacy concerns
👤 Manual Option
Method 2: Manual OTP Sharing
- You agree to personally receive and share the OTP within 2 minutes of our request via WhatsApp
- The booking request can occur at any time, 24/7
- If you fail to respond within 2 minutes, it will be considered a missed appointment, and you may not be eligible for another booking attempt for the next 6 hours
- This method is only recommended if you are confident that you will be immediately reachable at all times
🔒 Security & Privacy
✅ Both methods are completely secure and end-to-end encrypted. No personal data or OTPs are stored or misused. The OTP is only used for the purpose of confirming your visa appointment.
