By engaging with Zara Fatima & Co, submitting your information, or replying AGREE, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood all terms herein. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Zara Fatima & Co.
Effective from 01/10/2025: We provide service exclusively as D2C (Direct to Consumer). No consultants, agents, family members, friends, B2B or B2B2C. Only the direct applicant may engage our services.
โ Once the agreement is signed and service has been initiated, no cancellation or advance refund requests will be entertained unless otherwise specified in these terms. The deal will be considered binding until the agreed-upon 14 working days period has passed.
๐ซ In the event that you wish to cancel the agreement before the 14 working days have passed, you will be required to pay a non-refundable cancellation penalty of PKR 250,000. Additionally, there will be no future services provided to you.
If you decide to allow the full 14 working days to pass without cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund (excluding non-refundable costs already incurred) and the immediate return of any documentation or account details, without penalty.
Once the agreement has been canceled โ regardless of whether voluntarily or due to failure to meet terms โ our team will not provide any further support related to the visa appointment, documentation, or any other service under this agreement.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing the agreement. Any changes made to your personal information after signing (e.g., passport details, email, phone number) may result in additional fees and delays in service. You must notify us of any changes immediately to prevent disruption in service.
You are solely responsible for the timely submission of all required documents for your visa appointment. Any delays, missing documents, or incorrect information may result in delays, cancellations, or rejection of the appointment. If any additional costs arise due to incomplete or incorrect documentation, you will be responsible for covering these costs.
We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and efficient service experience for all clients. By engaging with our services, you agree to communicate with our team in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. This includes:
๐ซ We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect and dignity at all times. Any form of rude, offensive, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior โ whether verbal, written, or implied โ will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your service without further notice.
At Zara Fatima & Co, we take your privacy and the protection of your personal data very seriously. All data you submit โ including your name, contact information, passport details, CNIC, supporting documents, and any other identification materials โ is collected, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of scheduling and facilitating your visa appointment.
๐๏ธ Data Deletion Policy: Within 24 hours of your visa appointment being successfully booked and payment being completed, all of your personal data is automatically and permanently deleted from our system. This includes your passport photo, CNIC, any additional documents submitted, and the entire chat history. Only your Client ID and a brief identification note may be retained for audit purposes.
While we make every effort to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from events beyond our control, such as internet service disruptions or system intrusions.
Any legal disputes or claims arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Both parties agree that any dispute will be settled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to resolve any disputes through legal proceedings within Pakistan.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in embassy regulations, political unrest, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for services that cannot be completed.
While we strive to ensure timely service delivery, factors beyond our control (such as embassy processing delays, technical issues, or documentation errors) may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any such delays, but we are not liable for any damages resulting from these delays.
Full payment for services is required after appointment booking and verification through login. Payment must be made through the agreed-upon methods. Email login credentials will be provided only once payment is successfully received. If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the agreement may be considered void, and no services will be provided.

For the smooth processing of your request, all communication must be conducted through the official channels outlined in the agreement (such as WhatsApp or email). Any informal or unofficial communication (e.g., social media platforms or personal phone calls) will not be considered valid for any purposes related to this agreement.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to force majeure events, which include but are not limited to: natural disasters, terrorist acts, wars, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or any other events beyond our control that prevent the fulfillment of this agreement.
In the event that there is a need to reschedule your visa appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate the new appointment date. However, any rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and additional fees may be applicable if the change results in extra administrative costs.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any changes, you will be notified via email or other communication channels, and the updated terms will be considered binding once communicated to you.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood all the terms and conditions outlined herein. You agree to abide by these terms and understand that failure to comply with any provision may result in the cancellation of your service and a penalty fee as outlined.
Additionally, you understand that your Intiana account will be deleted after you apply for booking. Once the booking is completed, we will provide you with your Intiana login details, including email login and password, to access the system.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in services that arise due to external factors, such as changes in embassy policies, changes in visa requirements, or any delays caused by government authorities. In such cases, we will work closely with you to resolve any issues, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.
โ No Guarantees Offered. We do not guarantee specific appointment dates or outcomes. The process is highly dependent on embassy policy changes, slot availability fluctuations, and unexpected external conditions.
We always aim to deliver the best possible service, and our history speaks for itself โ we have one of the strongest track records in the industry. However, due to the uncertain nature of embassy systems, applicants must accept these conditions as part of the process.

You are encouraged to review all documents submitted before finalizing the appointment. Any errors or discrepancies identified after submission may result in delays or the need for resubmission. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate before submitting the final application.
๐ Please Note: No advance payment is required for individual applicants or students. This policy is in place to ensure transparency and protect genuine applicants from unnecessary financial obligations.
